Genesis Series Water-To-Water Heat Pumps with Swivel-Type Water Connections for Residential Use

Total Energy Concepts installs geothermal heating and cooling systems manufactured by ClimateMaster. The Genesis (GSW) series water-to-water heat pump uses R-22 refrigerant. It is available in 3-ton, 5-ton and 10-ton sizes. This heat pump has a refrigerant circuit designed for water loop (boiler-tower) and ground loop (geothermal) applications.

The Genesis series water-to-water heat pump includes microprocessor controls, G90 galvanized steel cabinet, polyester powder coated paint, and TXV refrigerant metering device. The microprocessor controls contain DDC and DXM controls as options. There is a double isolation compressor mounting system along with vibration isolation springs for smooth operation. This water-to-water unit consists of Copeland scroll compressors. The compressor compartment included with this heat pump is completely insulated.

The Genesis series water-to-water heat pump operates in extended temperatures ranging from -6.7 to 48.9 degrees Celsius. It is equipped with the insulated refrigerant and water lines, and an insulated compressor section. The run and fault lights of the compressor are located on the front side of the cabinet. The UltraQuiet sound reduction package and double-wall load heat exchanger are available as options. The GSW060 ground water heat pump model has a cooling capacity of 49,200 BTUH and a heating capacity of 53,000 BTU. It has 17.5 EER and 3.5 COP. This model has 1-inch swivel-type water connections for residential purpose.
