Guntamatic BIOSTAR FLEX Wood Pellet Boilers Equipped with Tubular Heat Exchangers

The biomass boilers or wood pellet boilers offered by the company use wood or other biomass fuels. The Guntamatic BIOSTAR FLEX wood pellet boiler is a low temperature pellet system. It has energy-saving structure and has a non-wearing rotary valve, which protects the system from backburn.

The BIOSTAR FLEX wood pellet boiler has low maintenance with an efficient dust removal system. This pellet boiler has a maximum heat output of 23kW and its bio-modular burning varies from 3 to 23kW. All the operations, from air to cleaning and from wood to ash, are fully automatic. This boiler system includes a suction discharge system, ignition and drop shaft, operational panel and a box steel mesh tank.

The BIOSTAR FLEX wood pellet boiler is controlled modularly to have a low or high setting based on the requirements of energy. It is equipped with a tubular heat exchanger that operates using the countercurrent method. The suction container has a capacity of 100 liters and an output of 210kW. The suction line has a maximum diameter of 20m. This boiler system takes 8 to 10 minutes for refilling.
