BFI Boilers Offers Aquatubular Biomass Boilers

BFI Boilers has developed a range of biomass power plants such as BFI Aquatubular biomass boilers and BFI Hybrid biomass boilers. BFI Aquatubular biomass boilers come with fluidized beds and can burn those wastes and residues that have been buried for long periods of time or consist of high volumes of moisture such as barks or wood with 60 per cent moisture.

BFI Aquatubular Biomass Boiler

This water tube boiler from BFI Boilers can be utilized to generate electrical and/or thermal energy. In terms of thermal energy, the standard version of this boiler can produce 7000 to 30,000 pounds of steam in an hour. The maximum pressure obtained by this boiler is 1200psi.  The fluidized bed of the Aquatubulat biomass boiler is used to burn a range of wastes and biomass. Ash is removed automatically from the boiler. Featuring a reliable and efficient automated feeding system, this boiler from BFI Boilers produces ash that is less than 2 per cent the weight of dry bark.

BFI Boilers installs and starts up the Aquatubular biomass boilers for its customers. The company also provides update services and maintenance. An advantage of this boiler is that no greenhouse gases are produced during the operation, preventing any negative impact on the environment.
