Real Gas & Electric distributes the Chromagen 300 thermosiphon solar system. This newly developed simple and reliable closed loop system is meant for flat or inclined type of roof installations. The system features a lengthy and narrow type of storage tank with a double coated heat exchanger, two horizontal solar energy collecting plates, and a supple stainless steel protected piping for quick and easy installation. The Chromagen 300 system is fixed up over a modular type corrosion-resistant steel rack. The exclusive plastic and metal covers used in the system provide an ideal uniform appearance.
Chromagen 300 thermosiphon solar system
The Chromagen 300 thermosiphon solar electric heater system offered by Real Gas & Electric has a water tank with 300 L capacity. The installed heat exchanger system can hold 21 L of water at a given time. The length of the system along with its covers is measured as 227 cm and its diameter is 56 cm. The system weighs 120 kg when empty. For quicker water heating the system uses a 2500 W electric heating element.
The water collector model CR-100 used in the Chromagen 300 is made of aluminum casing. The collector has 190 cm length x 108 cm width x 9 cm thickness and weighs 31 kg when empty. The water collector is designed to hold 1.2 L of water and has a maximum operation pressure of 10 bar and test pressure of 12 bar.
