NuTech Renewables supplies the Thermomax Hp200 heat pipe type solar collector with a line of solar tubes and a protected water manifold. The solar water collector system used in the model has two distinguishable circuits placed separately in individual tubes. One of the tubes is placed within the heat pipe while the other is kept along the manifold into the hot water tank. The heat pipe used in the model has low heating capacity but speedy heat conducting capability to transfer the heat quickly. The vacuum provided inside the tubes offer good insulation thus protecting the system from the vagaries of cold, high humidity and windy weather. The insulation also aids in efficient transfer of collected heat with minimum loss of heat.
The Thermomax Hp200 supplied by NuTech Renewables is available in two models such as HP200 - 2m2 and HP200 - 3m2. The Thermomax HP200 - 3m2 has an absorber area of 3.021 m², and the overall dimensions of this model is quoted as 2005 mm x 2127 mm x 97 mm. The length of the tube along with the manifold measures 2005 mm and the depth measures 97 mm. This module weighs 75.1 kg when empty.
The Thermomax HP200 - 3m2 comprise a unique temperature limitation characteristic to maintain the temperature either at 95° or 130° to ensure safety of the system. This feature comes handy when the system is not used for a longer duration. This dry type system with plug and play design can be installed and maintained easily. This model is more useful in regions with low levels of radiation.
