Integrated Solar offers the Copper Sun solar collector model CS-340S. This solar collector model incorporates an inert design and utilizes the pressure of the incoming water supply for making hot water. This solar collector model continues to make hot water even if there is no power supply. The CS-340S does not have moving parts and is not connected to a motor or pump. The housing design of this model allows easy installation even below the roof tiles.

The heat pipes utilized in the solar collector are connected utilizing tig welding for firmer, enduring connectivity without seams and splices. The solar absorber tube utilized in the model measures 4 in. in diameter and maintains the water in normal conditions during extreme summer and winter seasons. The Copper Sun solar collector model CS-340S offered by Integrated Solar incorporates low-iron tempered solar glass that is polysocyanurate insulated to withstand high-level temperatures. The solar panel is installed in a powder-coated anodized aluminum housing that can be color matched to the roof shingles or tiles. The absorber tube utilized in the model is made of DWV copper tube measuring 4 in. diameter and 0.058 in. thickness and offered with a choice of color coatings. The Solkote optical coating utilized in the collector is specifically developed for solar thermal applications that allow a minimum absorptivity of 95% and a maximum emissivity of 56%.
