Heliotherm offers the HP20L-WEB model Air-source Heat Pump based on a split system. This air-to-water heat pump draws the heat energy from the surrounding air. This split type of heat pump incorporates two unites.
The air evaporate unit is located outside the build and the heat pump is located inside the build and are linked by refrigerant pipes. The outside air evaporate unit incorporates a noiseless working fan. The fan draws the outside air and transfers it to the heat pump located inside. The compressor of the heat pump pressurizes the air to heat it to higher-level temperature. The heated air is transferred through the heating exchanger to heat the water used for under floor heating.
HP20L-WEB Air-source Heat Pump
The outside air evaporate unit draws air even during very cold weather conditions of -15°C outdoor temperature. The shell design of this heat pump and the optimized fan technology used in the pump allows the pump to operate noiselessly. The body of the air evaporator incorporated in the HP20L-WEB model Air-source Heat Pump offered by Heliotherm is built using corrosion-resistant aluminum with a protective plastic coating. The scroll compressor used in the heat pump utilizes eco friendly R410A type of refrigerant.
The heat output of this HP20L-WEB model Air-source Heat Pump is 20.7 kW and its power input is 5.8 kW. This pump incorporates a disk pack type of evaporator. The dimension of this heat pump is 138 cm x 46 cm x 52 cm. The control unit installed in the pump offers remote access for maintenance using internet.
