XH Industries, Inc. and Energetic Drives, LLC are set to become 100% subsidiaries of WindPower Innovations with the signing of an agreement to that effect by the company. Energetic Drives is engaged in providing wind power industry with advanced solutions for transferring the generated power to the grid by utilizing patented, cutting technologies.
Since 1987, XH Industries has been providing service to the wind power industry and it has two fully equipped maintenance facilities in the states of Washington and California. The company is maintaining more than 20,000 wind turbines, out of which 60% are estimated to be overdue for critical maintenance.
For the WindPower Innovations, these acquisitions are an important step forward to accomplish its commitment to offer advanced, highly efficient solutions to reduce downtime and increase profitability for wind turbine operators.
