Weston Solutions Acquires China Environmental Consultants to Broaden Green Development Capabilities

Weston Solutions has acquired China Environmental Consultants Ltd. (CECL), a Taiwan-based company, to form a new company, Weston Solutions Taiwan, Ltd. and widen the green development abilities that are necessary to extend support to customers across greater Asia.

President and Chief Executive Officer of WESTON, Patrick G. McCann, said CECL has promoted the commitment of the country to a green environment and is delighted that the company has become a part of its team. CECL has 24 years of experience in providing remediation solutions and environmental consulting services in Taiwan. WESTON’s technological expertise perfectly complements CECL’s experience. WESTON’s offices throughout the world can be utilized to provide sustainable green development solutions by the new company, McCann said.

Allen Yeh, founder of CECL, stated that WESTON has more than 50 years of experience in providing sustainable solutions including the remedy of groundwater and soil, which help the company to diversify and strengthen its current skill base and allow it have a global reach. The company will now be able to meet its clients’ needs effectively, Yeh said.
