A-Power Energy Generation Systems, a supplier of distributed power generation systems and a producer of wind turbines, declared that it has contracted a definitive accord valued around US$ 30.5 million with Guangchao Biomass Power Generation, a Xin County-based company, to develop a biomass power generation plant with two units each producing 15 MW clean power.
