KVS 9100 Wood Cookers with Boilers

The wood cooker is also featured with full riddling dump and riddling grate. These features make the KVS 9100 cooker with boiler, user friendly. The maximum heat output of the wood cooker is 10 kilowatts, from which 6 kilowatts is provided to water and 4 kilowatts to space heating. The combustion chamber of the boiler is large and allows easy adjustments for winter and summer burning regimes. The oven of the cooker is available in left handed or right handed version. The quick heat oven provides an efficient baking performance.

Laidlaw Berlin BioPower has made an announcement that it has received a confirmation for the currently available interconnection capacity on the local transmission system. This confirmation was issued by ISO- New England, which is considered as an entity that is powered with an oversight of the local power grid that was responsible in conducting an “Interconnection Feasibility Study”. enXco Signs Delivery Agreement with REpower for Supplying 70 REpower MM92 Turbines

A delivery agreement for the supply of 70 REpower MM92 turbines was signed by enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company, with REpower. This agreement, which is based on the conditions laid out by REpower, a German turbine manufacturer, is for the supply of turbines up to 143.5 megawatts. Each of the 70 REpower MM92 turbines with a capacity of 2.05 MW is scheduled for delivery in the year 2011.

Archer Daniels Midland Company Receives Grant to Construct Renewable Fuel Facility

Archer Daniels Midland Company has received $24.8 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy to develop and build a manufacturing facility that will produce renewable fuel from biomass. The ADM Advanced Biorefinery project will manufacture ethanol fuel and ethyl acrylate compound that is used to manufacture a range of materials including plastics, coatings, and adhesives. This project is one among 19 biofuel projects to receive funding from the U.S. Department of Energy.
