Envision Solar International, a designer, manufacturer and installer of unique renewable energy systems, and 360 Commercial Partners, a full-service commercial real estate firm, have signed an agreement to bring solar shaded parking products to Orange County, California.
Based on the business development agreement, the real estate firm will promote Envision Solar’s clean energy products including patented Solar Tree structures to its customers. The structures include CleanCharge CI Column Integrated Electric Vehicle charging stations and proprietary EnvisionTrak sun tracking systems.
Envision Solar has designed the solar shaded parking products to provide value-added benefits to the commercial real estate industry. These benefits include minimization of the heat sink effect, reduction in net operating costs and architectural improvement of the parking lot, the Green Halo and shade. These features enhance the appearance of the commercial real estate site and also increase the net operating income of customers.
