New York Communities Receive Stimulus Funding for Energy Efficiency Projects

The Department of Energy has awarded certain communities of New York with federal stimulus funding of $40 million to assist owners of properties implement small-scale clean energy and energy efficiency projects which will help them reduce their electrical energy bills.

Zachry Industrial Chosen by Rollcast Energy to Build Piedmont Green Power Project

A Zachry Holdings, Inc.’s subsidiary Zachry Industrial, Inc. has been chosen by Rollcast Energy to design, procure, and build the Piedmont Green Power project having 53.5 MW capacity in Barnesville, Georgia. The project will supply clean energy to over 40,000 homes. The project is likely to be completed by 2012.
